Qatar Academy Doha Primary. Coordinating literacy and maths within the Primary Years Program (PYP), with the overall purpose of enhancing student learning from Preschool to Grade 5. This includes collaborative planning, Professional Development provision and coordination, pedagogical leadership, pedagogical coaching and supporting the implementation of the curriculum. Walkervale State School, Bundaberg, Australia (Gin Gin State School 1999). Half day Reading Recovery, half day Year 2 teacher. Wrote and modified individual literacy programs for many students. Programs involved intensive individual support daily, inclusion of students in small instructional level reading groups, and liaising with teachers to ensure classroom programs would target student needs.

Teaching Couple - Jason & Wendy Egan
Happily married for 19 years, we began teaching internationally in 2014. Since 1991, Jason has worked as a humanities educator and senior school middle manager. We are presently working in Hong Kong.
